What does it mean to “Be your Best Self”?
We saved this “Challenge” for February because we didn’t want it to be something that we did in January when we are all starting our resolutions. We wanted to create a challenge that would ask us to look inward and start to bring into our lives more of what we want. Here are the details of our BEST SELF CHALLANGE:
- Do 20 classes in 30 days.
- Challenge starts Feb 14/20.
- If you can’t make it in to the studio you can do an activity at home but you must post it on social media and tag us for it to count as a class.
- Being a part of the challenge includes a daily email from the studio encouraging you along with multiple ideas or thoughts.
- We will add some special classes like a weekend barre class, Masala Bhangra, Yoga with Weights, etc. so that you can get some extra stuff in there throughout the week.
- There is a Tshirt upon completion.
- There is a draw for prizes for all participants. The prizes include but are not limited to: 1 massage with Joanne, 1 personal training session with Stacy and some various yoga/spin/barre/Kettlebell treats
$30 + HST for those who already have a monthly or yearly membership
$130 +HST with 30 days of classes included
