It’s Your Yoga
These are the words we live by and we stand true to them because we are all different and unique. We have different bodies, injuries, experiences and personalities. Also, we can change daily… one day I may come in and want a good workout, but the next I come in and I’m tired and my shoulder hurts because I slept funny. At Bend we take the time and check in with every individual who comes to class to see how you are doing, if you have something else going on in your body or mind today and we modify our classes to accommodate for every person in class. There’s something for everyone.

CYCLONE
FOMO SERIES
FOMO – means the Fear Of Missing Out. Things change and the demand for certain classes goes down as others go up, it happens… Over the last 15 years of teaching, Joanne has trained in many different styles of yoga, fitness and massage. She has also taught many different variations on these styles. In our current market the need for strength (kettlebells), cardio (spin) and pain management/flexibility (gentle yoga) – Joanne is only able to offer our current schedule. Therefore, what we have done is set aside one time slot per week where she gets to choose a specialty class to run – based on your feedback of course.
