It’s Your Yoga
You are unique and your practise should be tailored to you. We all have different bodies, injuries, experiences and personalities. Also things can change daily for you – so we check in with you before every class to see how you are doing. We will modify our classes, even change it up if needed, to make sure that there is something for everyone.
