CYCLONE

This class is a BOOTCAMP style class with spin and weights. You cycle to warm up, you do a vigorous weight section, you spin again, you do an intense core section and then you stretch. This is a fierce class and is sure to make you sweat, get your heart pumping and stretch you out at the end. One of our clients calls it “the one class I seek out” on the schedule because she gets a little bit of everything and really feels like she has worked.
