These classes combine the practice of Spin and Yoga. We start with a 30-40 minute spin (depending on the instructor) and then end with a 20-30 minute yoga class in our yoga room. It is suitable for all levels and we will give modifications for you to go at your own pace or push yourself to an advanced level. This is for when you just want to get on a bike and get a workout in.
This class is great for anyone who:
- wants to get on a bike – but loves the yoga practice for either the physical or emotional/mental benefits.
- EVERYONE – because you can go at your own pace.
- If you are an advanced rider and still want to spin… no problem… turn up the tension, peddle faster and enjoy the ride.
